As you enter The Cube you are welcomed into the bright, contemporary open plan living space, consisting of three zones including a comfortable lounge, stylish dining area, and well equipped island-style kitchen.
The kitchen is fitted with efficient integrated appliances including a Bosch oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer, and a Neff induction hob. Instant boiling water is provided by the Perrin & Rowe tap. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and toaster.
The breakfast bar is a great spot for a quick snack in the morning, a cheeky cocktail in the evening or a ‘working from home’ zone, with integrated pop up charging points. Fast fibe Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The dining area offers a relaxing environment for leisurely meals and also allows space to fire up your laptop and work remotely.
The lounge area is the ideal place to relax after a busy day, featuring comfy seating and a 50” Samsung Smart TV, as well as a Sonos speaker. We have provided a selection of games, books and films for you to enjoy.
The light and airy main bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, ample storage and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.
The second bedroom can be configured with two full sized single beds or a super king sized bed, depending on your requirements.
The main bathroom provides a shower, toilet and full size bath where you can unwind at the end of the day.
At the front of the property there is a patio area with table and chairs where you can enjoy an alfresco drink.
There is an allocated parking space to the side of the property and additional on street parking is available nearby.
Please note that The Cube is not suitable for children under 12 and unfortunately we cannot welcome dogs. The Cube is a no smoking property.
Although it is close to the railway line, the triple glazing and acoustic insulation ensures that there is minimal noise.
